Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and betx7 ("betx7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betx7 platform at betx7.one. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager on betx7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the betx7 platform.
1.1 These Terms, together with the betx7 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotional rules published on betx7.one, form the entire agreement between you and betx7 regarding your use of the platform.
1.2 Your continued use of betx7 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. betx7 will notify registered users of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the platform.
1.3 betx7 operates as an online entertainment platform. All users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in betting and gaming activities complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on betx7. betx7 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. betx7 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in your location. Users accessing betx7 from jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited do so at their own risk and in contravention of these Terms.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on betx7. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Exclusions. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of betx7 and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in betting or gaming activities on the platform.
3.1 To use the betx7 platform you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). betx7 operates a mandatory KYC programme. You will be required to submit government-issued identification (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC will restrict your ability to withdraw funds and may result in account suspension.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betx7 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. betx7 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.
3.4 You agree to notify betx7 immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected] (plain text – not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4.1 Accepted Methods. betx7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method as displayed in the betx7 cashier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. betx7 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. betx7 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit or that has been verified in your name. betx7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. betx7 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls in line with internationally recognised standards. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal betting behaviour may be flagged for review, and betx7 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation.
5.1 All bets placed on betx7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game as published in the betx7 help centre.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. betx7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed after an event has commenced, or after an outcome has become known to any party, will be voided.
5.3 Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), betx7 reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings paid as a result of a palpable error may be reclaimed from your betx7 account balance. betx7 will endeavour to notify affected users promptly.
5.4 Casino Game Integrity. All betx7 casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and are subject to independent oversight. betx7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. betx7 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per account. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or sports betting interface.
6.1 betx7 may from time to time offer deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any derived winnings are transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
6.3 betx7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of promotion terms, betx7 may void the bonus and any associated winnings and may suspend the relevant account.
6.4 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use betx7 for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or commercially exploit any betx7 content without prior written consent.
10.1 betx7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betx7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 betx7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 betx7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betx7's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 betx7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with betx7 you consent to such data processing as described therein.
12.1 betx7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or prominent platform notice not less than 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Your continued use of betx7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betx7 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
